So what is your New Years Resolution? Is it to eat healthy and try to reach the ideal weight for yourself? A new study by Pennsylvania State University can help you achieve your goal. This study found that eating lean beef—including top sirloin, tenderloin and 95 percent lean ground beef—every day could improve LDL cholesterol (“bad” cholesterol) levels by 10 percent according to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. I don’t know about you, but this is music to my ears! This study involved 36 men and women, ages 30-65, who had moderately high cholesterol levels.
