May 13 2013 | Health Insurance Tax Backfires on Small Businesses and Employees Farmers and small business owners nationwide are speaking up against the Health Insurance Tax (HIT), which will be levied on health insurance companies’ net premiums as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
