Public Policy Internship – Economic Analysis – Washington, DC

Students should have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate coursework, with a major in agricultural economics or a related field. The intern assists economists in the research, analysis and dissemination of information on topics such as crop and livestock marketing, trade policy, agricultural policy, environmental policy, farm economics, taxes and rural development. Candidates should possess the ability to collect and analyze data, conduct issues-based research and write briefings and reports. Experience working in Microsoft Office and social media platforms such as twitter is desired. Background with data visualizations is a plus. The skill level of the internship is ideal for undergraduate students.
This internship is paid.
