The call for speakers will open in late March. Come back later for more information on applying to speak at the 2019 Annual Convention & IDEAg Trade Show.

Connecting leaders in agriculture, sharing the latest industry technology and innovations, and preparing our members for the future while keeping them informed and invigorated – this is the purpose of the AFBF Annual Convention & IDEAg Trade Show. Reaching 6,000 farmer and industry leaders from across the United States, the AFBF Annual Convention & IDEAg Trade Show seeks creative, enthusiastic presenters to inform this group of industry thought leaders.

We are excited to offer the opportunity to present at the AFBF Annual Convention and IDEAg Tradeshow January 11 - 16, 2019, in New Orleans, Lousiana. We are seeking proposals for speakers that keep our members excited by the latest innovations in agriculture, informed about the ever-changing landscape in the industry, and equipped to be better famers and leaders.

Are you ready to:

  • Share innovative ideas, concepts or designs?
  • Explore and discuss the connection between food and agriculture?
  • Help our members hone leadership skills or improve farming acumen?
  • Meet and connect with farmer leaders and agribusiness professionals?
  • Present your ideas and information with some of the best and most creative minds in the country?

If so, we invite you to submit a presentation proposal for this year’s Annual Convention & IDEAg Trade Show.

Cultivation Center

Give a TED-style talk on AFBF’s Cultivation Center stage located in the center of the IDEAg Trade Show.  Here you will have the opportunity to feature new products, share industry innovations and inspire (motivate) others.  Join the ranks of previous presenters who shared their knowledge through cooking demonstrations, industry panel discussion and 20-minute demonstrations.

Captivate your audience during one of our 45-minute concurrent workshops while exploring your chosen topic.
