Housing for the 2018 AFBF Annual Convention & IDEAg Trade Show will be at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and Nashville Airport Marriott. Information about each hotel's transportation options can be found below. Hotel reservations can be made in the convention registration system.

Taxi Service
There is a flat rate of $25 from Nashville International Airport to the Gaylord Opryland, with an additional $1 fee for each additional passenger.

Uber/Lyft
Both Uber and Lyft service the Nashville airport.

  • Request your ride after you’ve landed and collected your bags
  • Look for the ‘rideshare’ signs throughout the airport
  • Head down to Level 1, one floor below baggage claim
  • Exit the airport and cross the street, toward the limo area
  • Turn right and wait for your driver at the end of the path – you’ll see signs for ridesharing

Airport Shuttle Service
Shuttles are available for $19 one way or $30 roundtrip between the Opryland and the airport. A daily shuttle departs every 30 minutes between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Rental Car

Old Town Trolley Tour
Saturday, January 6, 2018, $45 per person
Old Town Trolley Tours will have buses that will pick up at the Gaylord and drop off at 201 Broadway in downtown Nashville. This is a hop on, hop off style tour that is fully narrated by the trolley operators with plenty of colorful anecdotes and well-researched historical facts. The beauty of this tour is you can spend as much or as little time in downtown Nashville as you like. Visit the Tennessee Tours section for more information.

Shuttle
The Opryland provides shuttles to downtown Nashville every 30 minutes for $20 roundtrip, per person, or $40 for a 3 day unlimited pass, per person. The shuttle runs Sun-Thu 8:55 a.m.-11:35 p.m. and Fri-Sat 8:55 a.m.-1:35 a.m. Tickets can be purchased with the Concierge in the Cascades and Magnolia lobbies. Uber/Lyft
Taking an Uber or a Lyft from the Opryland to downtown Nashville ranges from $14-$19 for a 4 person car or $29-$37 for an XL.

Driving
Downtown Nashville has over 35,000 parking spaces ranging from $3-$15/hour. Click here to see downtown parking options. The drive between the Opryland and downtown is approximately 15-20 minutes.

Bus
The Nashville MTA Bus 34 runs between the Opryland and downtown. One way fare is $1.70, and all day, unlimited passes are available for $5.25. Click here to see detailed route, schedule and pricing information. The bus takes approximately 40 minutes.
