The Young Farmers & Ranchers program includes both men and women between the ages of 18-35. The objective of the Young Farmers & Ranchers program is to provide leadership in building a more effective Farm Bureau to preserve our individual freedoms and expand our opportunities in agriculture. read more

The American Farm Bureau Women's Leadership (AFBWL) program provides women with the training and education they need to become powerful advocates for today's agriculture. PAL - Partners in Advocacy Leadership

The American Farm Bureau Federation created the Partners in Advocacy Leadership (PAL) program to create advocates for agriculture and accelerate personal development for engaged members of our organization. The program is also made possible by sponsorships from Monsanto and Farm Credit. read more

It’s reaching a critical stage with coronavirus impacts on top of trade wars, natural disasters, depressed commodity prices, labor shortages and other factors. Farm Bureau Farm Dog of the Year

Farmers are invited to submit nominations for the 2021 Farm Bureau Farm Dog of the Year contest, with support from Purina. This is the third year of the contest, which celebrates farm dogs that work alongside farmers and ranchers to produce nutritious food for families and their pets across America. read more


When alarmed Americans resorted to panic purchasing during the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns, AFBF created the #StillFarming social media campaign to build public confidence in farmers’ and ranchers’ ability to produce food and reassure consumers of the strength of the U.S. food supply. read more
