The American Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmers and Ranchers program includes both men and women between the ages of 18-35. The objective of the Young Farmers and Ranchers program is to provide leadership in building a more effective Farm Bureau to preserve our individual freedoms and expand our opportunities in agriculture.

“We, as young agriculturalists, have an awesome opportunity to tell the story of agriculture and an even greater responsibility to our industry to increase consumer understanding. The Farm Bureau YF&R program provides the training, support and resources for us to be spokespeople for agriculture starting in our own community.

We are growing leaders now with the responsibility of our industry’s and Farm Bureau’s future.”
