FUSION Conference

The Farm Bureau FUSION Conference brings together over 1,000 volunteer leaders from the three Farm Bureau program areas--Promotion & Engagement, Women’s Leadership and Young Farmers & Ranchers--to learn, share and grow together to build a stronger Farm Bureau.
Target Training
March 26-28, 2026 Washington, DC
Target Training is a premier consumer engagement training for Farm Bureau members from any state who are passionate about sharing agriculture with the general public. This event occurs every other year (even years) and focuses on inspiring and equipping participants to successfully convey the significance of agriculture and bridge the gap between field and fork.
Young Farmers & Ranchers Leadership Conference
March 13-16, 2026 Portland, Oregon
The objective of the Young Farmers & Ranchers annual leadership conference is to surface, grow and develop young Farm Bureau members and provide them opportunities and experiences to strengthen their leadership and ensure effective Farm Bureaus.
Women's ACE (Advocate, Cultivate, Empower) Summit
June 2026
ACE Summit is held in early June and is open to all women farmers, ranchers and agribusiness professionals. Attendees will develop as leaders, enhance their women in ag network and grow as strong advocates for agriculture. We invite all women in agriculture to join together from across the country to be empowered and equipped as strong leaders and advocates for agriculture.
