AFBF's Courtney Briggs joined Agri-Pulse's Newsmakers to discuss the latest WOTUS rule proposed by the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers.

"It's less about what [the rule] said and more about what it didn't say," Briggs explained. "Unfortunately, the agencies have left 'relatively permanent' very vague and very ambiguously defined, and that's a problem for our members because it just leads to more uncertainty."
