Several thousand farmer and rancher Farm Bureau members will soon gather for a much-anticipated “Farm Bureau Family Reunion” aka the American Farm Bureau Convention, slated for Jan. 9-14 in Anaheim, California.
If you will not be in Anaheim, digital access can provide a feel for the lights, sights and sounds of this inspiring annual event. Check out a digital version of the convention program here.
Most general session programming will be livestreamed on the homepage of AFBF’s website, fb.org. Highlights include a keynote address from AFBF President Zippy Duvall on Sunday, Jan. 11, at 9:30 a.m. Pacific. Later that day at 4 p.m. Pacific, a congressional panel will feature the chairs and ranking members of the House and Senate Agriculture committees, and the Young Farmers & Ranchers Discussion Meet “Final Four” will be announced. On Monday, Jan. 13, Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins will address attendees during the 11:30 a.m. Pacific session.
Additionally, 20 Cultivation Center Stage events will be livestreamed, Saturday, Jan. 10, through Monday, Jan. 12. These presentations will include competitions, award announcements and TED-style educational speeches and panels from several of agriculture’s top thought leaders.
