EPA Wrong about New WOTUS Rule!

On Dec. 30, EPA and the Army Corps released a pre-publication of a new regulator definition of WOTUS. As expected, the rule greatly expands the federal government's reach over private property and lacks the clarity and certainty that farmers have long requested.

• We need your WOTUS stories. The Communications and Government Relations teams need your testimonial stories or videos. We call on farmers and ranchers to share their experiences and/or concerns with previous and current versions of the rule. If you have a story, we want to hear about it!
