A native of Las Cruces, New Mexico, Cameron earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M, he conducted research examining the impacts of proposed farm labor legislation on Texas’s dairy industry. Cameron’s professional background also includes time as a Public Policy Assistant at AFBF and service as a legislative aide in the Texas House of Representatives.
